We have collaborated with Team Malizia to bring you these Special Edition Howlin' that are protecting Boris Herrmann's eyes as he conquers the epic 2020/2021Vendèe Globe; the toughest one-handed regatta in the world.
Polarized with a curved frame to reduce side glare, and a removable strap to keep them firmly in place.
Team Malizia are raising awareness for 'A Race we must win'; the fight against the climate crisis. Their goal is to populate the Malizia Mangrove Park with 1,000,000 more mangroves to protect marine and coastal life, in addition to storing vast amounts of carbon.

The rectangular, Aviator-shaped frames have an added curve to provide more protection from side glare. They also come with a removable strap that can be used to tighten them behind the head to ensure they stay on no matter the activity. The strap can also be used to keep the sunglasses around your neck when not in use.
The polarized TAC-lens (category 3, 100% UV) is optimal for outdoor recreation; impact resistant yet lightweight. The frame is made from premium cellulose acetate; a non-petroleum based material that is very strong and durable.

DenmarkGreat glasses but the color doesn’t match the photos
Generally I am happy with the glasses. The color however doesn’t really match the advertised images. I’ve got the Howlins in grey. The actual color is significantly lighter than the images on the website suggests. I would have chosen the black ones instead if that was clearer. It would also be great to see the glasses on a photographed person instead of the stylished drawings of the product on a model. The drawings look great but are not easy to judge the product from.
