We want you to love your VALLON shades and believe that you shouldn't buy things you don't need or won't use. That is why we offer returns for up to 21 days after purchase. Items must be returnable in original condition. This means returned items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.
How can I make a return?
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. After we have confirmed you are eligible to return your sunglasses, post the package to: VALLON BV, Joop Geesinkweg 901-999, 1114 AB, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
3. Package the products with your order number and return it via your local Post Office / chosen delivery method.
Once we have received the items and confirmed they are in good condition and the reason for the return is valid we will process the re-payment.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for returns and so when choosing a delivery service to return the item(s) we recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Please note DHL Express costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount being refunded.
I received a damage, defective or incorrect item, what do I do?
If you’ve received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue – we’ll do our best to make it right.
